"Never Again for This Purchase"
I will NEVER buy again. I got these as backups for when my current ones ran out. (Had no clue what was left in the current cartridges - since ink levels always show low, I needed extras at home.) The cartridges I bought from Cartridge Ink were just past the 12-month guarantee, but even though they weren’t dried up, they refused to replace them when my printer indicated they weren’t compatible. I didn’t order the wrong ones; Cartridge Ink cartridges are just NOT compatible.

"Incorrect cartridge delivered"
I visited the site and entered my printer model to find compatible cartridges. It showed me some options, I picked one, but it didn’t fit. I reached out to customer support, and they informed me that I had selected the wrong cartridge, meaning I’d need to cover the return shipping. I mentioned that I just ordered from the list provided, but still gotta pay.

"No More Hassles with Printer Cartridges!"
I've faced some rough times with non-branded cartridges, particularly with HP printers. Since Epson cartridges for the XP 332 are hard to come by, I thought I'd give your brand a shot. I ordered a multipack of L capacity replacements and just popped in a Magenta cartridge, and guess what? It works like a charm! It took a bit to get going, but that’s no biggie. Kudos to you, you've gained a new customer here!

"Arrived as scheduled, but functionality is lacking"
Got it on time, but it just doesn’t do the job. I set up both the black and color cartridges. Tried to print a bank statement in a grid layout, but it only produced lines without any numbers, and they were super faint. The following pages came out completely blank. Any thoughts?
